Not at all, Mangalureans too hate outsiders as much as Bengalureans. This happens when migrants come and dont learn the local language, cannot assimilate the local cultures. Eventually migrants become a burden to the society, causing unrest. Literally every Kannadiga of Bengaluru complains about outsiders.
