Yes, most of the train's are with ladies coach or compartment and the same may be next to ,or front of the guard van.ok.
But at SHORANUR to change the direction of the train ( all train from TVM and ERN to ED side)the engine is being shifted to the other end of the train and now naturally the guard also transfered.
Please note at the starting station, the first compartment, being a general compartment occupied by all the passengers, now at Shoranur become the last compartment. Then where...

Sir,
As you know this train is the only one in Kerala-AP route as well as the first day train from tvc going to cbe region.So all kind of people rushes into that train occupying general seats including ladies. As the rush becomes high, the authorities close their eyes to this point.
