First thing first I didn't updated this pic as of train board and well secondly if you zoom you can see the tb indeed it's blurry.
And Does Any Pictures compulsorily needs to have TB to be Updated as Train Pic. bcoz see this belongs to Set of 7 pic of this train I uploaded even if this can't Prove the other pic in the set prove that this belongs to this train Only

This picture belongs to this train. No doubt in that
Blur pictures are not accepted as train/station/loco pictures. Hence stamp is correct

I have said according to rules. It is good practice to update train picture when TB is clearly visible
