How can u say that? Nd make it void.. Right now m in the train and Tracking it all the way it didn't went over 110 anywhere.. Nd on wat basis u r sayin it does 130?

According to this, and few members have also reported the same. It happens few times, when 130 kmph crew is not available. Same thing happens with 03293/94. Sometimes it runs at 130 kmph, and sometimes it doesn't.
