Either it is a different rake or the boards are removed for repainting to run as special train.
If special, then we can expect navjivan back on tracks soon

Yes even I want TN to be back on tracks..I have traveled in TN between BZA-MAS-BZA many times runs runs full and it provides you thunderous run in MAS BZA section..but railways is too slow in starting more trains dont know why..even legendary trains like Pinakini and Ratnachal still waiting for their turn.. railways running some useless trains in the name of festival specials..
