Once SBC UBL doubling gets completed, how much time would it take for the journey. Will it reduce by 1-2 hrs?
I dont think SWR will do anything as such

Yeah opening of tk-CTA-dvg line will reduce the usage of JRU.
Since most of the train which comes from UBL side and if it wants to go towards BAY side, it has to LR at JRU . By that new line, JRU will be bypassed.
