I have booked a e-ticket by mistake the age is wrong..... what can be done now.... please help

Better idea would be that you cancel the ticket and re-book again to avoid any unforeseen issues later on...
but a nationalized bank pass book with photo is allowed i suppose ........ rebooking does not bother me but i have a confirm ticket and now the status is comming to WL160
• Valid IDs to be presented during train journey by one of the passenger booked on an e-ticket :- Voter Identity Card / Passport / PAN Card /
Driving License / Photo ID card issued by Central / State Govt. /Student Identity Card with photograph issued by recognized School or
College for their students /Nationalized Bank Passbook with photograph /Credit Cards issued by Banks with laminated photograph.

if you have availed senior citizen concession then it is mandatory to show age proof or else you will be in a soup of troubles.
