Nahi nahi, aisa kabhi nahi hota. Rake owner CDO hi hamesha PM handle krta hai. There are many similar cases where TAT at base CDO is less than TAT at secondary terminal (but not as extreme as in this case). Even if rake is transferred to NWR, then ultimately the rake will still be idle at BME for 3 days.
They can run a weekly BME-UDN overnight express via JU-MJ-PNU-ADI-BRC for optimal utilisation of the rake, with SM at BME.
