-Will this be permanent or will there be more updates to this every month.

TT will be reviewed evry year as part of annual TT committee meeting. It will give them an opportunity to make changes wherever required. Thee are many places where doubling is in progress & might get completed. Similarly sectional speed is getting increased in many sections. All this will surely lead to changes in TT. So i think TT changes will be regularly done as it was done before
But that is normal timetable review so not much is expected in that..

Yes agree. This time it was called zero based as railways used this lockdown as an opportunity to prepare TT from scratch. Next year it will be review of the current TT and thus will be an ongoing process to see if there can be more speed up, changes etc
