Travelling with 02952 dec 6, 2020, the train is not cleaned properly, washrooms are dirty, not expected such a service in Covid days, the cleaning staff is roaming around with no actions. AC of train was started post 5min of departure, and took 60min for train to cool, it was stinking at time of boarding. No food, no water bottle, no bed roll, full 8 seats occupied in each 3AC coupe , no social distancing between two passengers, ticket is charged at 2500+, before Covid same train ticket was at 2000+, including food and bed roll both, what basis the ticket charge is increased, its a loot,
