there should be a scrolling on the top of the site where it shows derailment news and major news like diversion. One of our member is showing the train details of all trains that had got diverted.. it would be a good idea to show a scrolling like Trains Diverted via Muri Tata with the train's name that it makes more attractive and more better than other sites...

Great suggestion. I endorse it. Rather there must be a scrolling bar permanently displaying major news of the day. Views welcomed.
I too agree for your point. A kind of flash/breaking news displayed in TV channels can be adopted here too in case of Major accidents/diversions.
