Cag wants to check trains which run empty .. But if all empty running trains are stopped then almost 1000-1500 trains will be stopped ...
Then is there any problem for stopping empty running trains , what ever the number.
in India, out of 9000 or so exp / sf / pass train 1500 are empty , how will they stop 1500 trains ... Its. Impossible... and i think this whole exercise is waste of time , money
