Totally wrong. I have seen BRC WAP5 with Mumbai Rajdhani 22 coach load blasting at 130kmph. And WAP5 can easily go 180kmph with 22 coach load if track permits. P7 is used on ghat section. There is no ghat section in Delhi Ajmer route.

Railfans all over should thank NCR anyways. It has been the major source of happiness for them in this gloomy covid period; from mps upgradation, speed ups, to eloco in Jaipur for the first time. Many other zones are either sleeping or busy earning revenue through freight.
