Dr Kiran Bedi was DCP of that area .She got permission from higher authority and took care of all the bad elements in Black coats .after that ,as long as Dr Bedi was in Delhi ,advocates did not have single agitation at all

Hrhhhh,what I mean she was very tough police officer and now Governor of Pondicherry .
Incidentally,she is the first Woman IPS officer of country .I salute her for courage and straightforward brgavoiour .
One more incident which you may be aware under her ,her traffic's inspectir had challaned personal vehicle of Late Pm Indira Gandhi for no parking violation at Connaught place . .later , vehicle was towed to police station .
