They have mentioned the individual numbers instead of pair. 12309/10 are the "two" Rajdhani trains operated by ECR.
SER doesn't run any Rajdhani. Then why it is mentioned 2 services. Ranchi rajdhani is handled by NR only.

ER ke under 6 Rajdhani bata raha hai ye data.. that means 12301/02 aur 12305/06 ko 2 different Rajdhani consider karta hai RB.. bas RSA hai dono Rajdhani ka.
