Fixit was issued on request since the person who confirmed wasn't confirmed about the TL being correct
This train don't have PC then why you Issue Fixit ? And this was more then 6 month old TL
This TL was confirmed mistakenly by the TLM. The TLM doesn't know about the train having PC or not. So a fixit was issued just to ensure that if the TL is wrong, then wrong info will not be conveyed. If it was confirmed without being sure, then it might be possible that wrong information is conveyed. Also, I can't confirm even if you give proof since I am not a TLM
Then Your Duty is put in WL and IF TLM not Sure then why he touch TL ?
A confirmed TL can only be put under WL by editing the TL by the original owner of the TL edit. And a TLM is also a Human, and humans make mistakes; they aren't machines. Please try to understand
