12389 avg speed 60 kph. even after diversion. but 12390 avg speed 54 kph after diversion. hence 12390 destroyed
Most probably they will change it as similar scenario was with 07007 when BPQ G route wasn't electrified train was use to halt for 20 minutes and they continued this till the restoration of Dhanbad Chandrapura Line and later reduced halting time to 5 min.So after trials we may expect some change in timetable especially for the one you pointed out.
Don't forget that these are all specials right now so their is some hope let's see.......
