BSB-TPTY was shelved as both BSB and TPTY were having capacity constraints.
Now as for as BSB goes, it has got a strong ally "BSBS" + 2 new platforms are under construction.
I also heard that TPTY is also going under capacity augmentation. So, I am hopeful that these trains may see the light in coming years.
