is partial cancellation of ticket (booked from prs) done ? suppose if 3 pax are booked in a single ticket (single pnr) and 1 pax out of 3 has to cancel the ticket then how to cancel it?
Yes you can do it for both PRS and E/I-ticket.
In case of PRS ticket, the clerk will take the original ticket back, give you the new ticket with valid passenger names and a cancelled ticket for the cancelled ones.

sa,e procedure as u book a normal prs ticket only addition is u carry along original ticket to the reserving clerk
