It doesn't make sense sanction of 130 is nothing related to all these stuff..WCR NCR have answer or maybe IR..
May be due to more number of Non-AC coaches. The same may be the case for KK as well but it got approved in NCR but not in WCR.
Still gets very high priority. Either OTs SeB if it fails to OT KK or OTs KK most of the time. Once SBC Raj starts departing at 07:50 PM things may get settled.

Even Dakshin, Thirukkural, CSMT FZR Punjab Mail, Navjeevan (ET BPL) did not find a mention.
they are keen on giving 130 for specific trains, either SR (MAS Divn) is not interested it seems.

SR has to be squarely blamed for this. SR especially MAS division is not interested in inter zone trains. They switched their priorities and all key within zone trains are LHBfied or run with more premium coaches than inter zone trains. Other than few inter zone trains many of them don't have much demand like within zone trains. MAS division also focus on operating specials within its zone during festivals and very very few inter zone trains.
looks like RTI is the route to find answers. But to what region ? has anyone tried this ?
