It should be with TT. KSK with ICF rake to cover BPL-NZM in 8 Hrs 50 Mins on par with SeB/Kerala with 130 MPS LHB rakes. So, looks like TT matters more than MPS.
02622 TN has recently OT KK/SVDK SF/130 MPS Exp trains. It doesnt make sense to OT 130 MPS trains by 110 MPS trains. If that's the case then IR would remain mystery with operations.
