Tatkal ticket booking timing should be 24 hr before train departure time.so that there will be no rush at counter and hang of irctc web site.
okay and how should i time my queue so that i reach exactly 24 hours at the window? Suppose i reach window at 6pm and my train departs at 6.05pm, should i allow the next passenger to book his triple continuation ticket which will take a minimum of 5-10 minutes? Bad idea. RED FLAG.
