Topup seems not possible for all passenger trains at Karwar. Most case only 1-2 possible.

Karwar doesn't have stabling lines, but It does have one Half length siding, where unloading Goods happens 2-3 times a month. & due to half length results in Main line getting blocked too @ that time.
