I agree with you..
But brighter side is considering hubli to get fastest connectivity to NDLS and this can be done by running it via KCG only as, Daund MMR route is totally staturated.. and SWR could have tried to get new slot via Bjp, SUR, DD, MMR but I think CR might have not agreed. SWR has taken care of everything.
