Even though this does not apply for Shatabdi, but you can still get the fact that the excess amount can be justified by adding the cost of Lunch + Tea + Dinner => (88+44+88) = 220/- (For CC) (+/- 7% Cushion Charges) => (132+66+132) = 330/- (For ECC) (+/- 7% Cushion Charges)
