After seeing the video , this cannot be termed as overtake sir. The trains are bound to different routes.
Its just like from jaipur , trains can go to Durgapura and Rewari as both have dedicated tracks .. so if two trains depart parallel from jaipur(one for rewari and one for durgapura) and if the rewari section is congested due to more traffic then trains will run slow but durgapura bound train will catch speed and will go ahead ..but its not overtake at all ..
