Revision of timings is fine. But even with old timings an overtake is inevitable. Anyway, Mail has to overtake Kevadiya Express before AJJ. It should have been the other way. Mail at 10:50 PM and KDCY Exp at 11 PM. In that way overtake can be avoided.
Chennai Central - Kevadiya express doesn't stop at Arakkonam. So there will be no overtake i guess.
Stoppage doesnt matter here. This train is very slow between MAS and RU and just 10 mins gap each between Mail,KDCY exp and Yercaud and Mail will reach AJJ before KDCY exp as per TT. So an overtake is highly probable.
