That's no congestion as COI was always yard for Freight from Manikpur Side and they remain parked for Clearance/LC/LPC. Raj passing GC which got no link to PCOI Yard/Mumbai Tracks while Janta awaits Raj clearance when luckily other Raj are heavily delayed except DBRT!!
