vijaybharadwajs~ 1997 blog postsTrains skipping VSKP should be given 2mins halt at Simhachalam north and Pendurthi. DVD is not feasible from all parts of VSKP. Pendurthi has good scope. Pendurthi is connected to city by BRTS road so people can prefer the halt.

I mean actually this is a daily train. As of now it is introduced as bi weekly. Anyways true that a long distance train should have a secondary maintenance.
Yes i think instead of waiting for all rakes to arrive , they have started it probably as a trial with whatver was available. I am guessing that over a period of time they will try and tweak some time table as there is slack both ways. In fact in the return journey some passenger associations of Odisha were highlighting how almost 2 hrs 30 min have been allocated between SBP-Jharsuguda just to cover 45/50 km. Similarly onward journey also has slack at some portions which can be reduced. Apart from this already some voices from Tata want this train to go to VSKP ( There is a significant Telugu population) and this train was the only option apart from the weekly Tata-VSKP ( not running as of now)
bro that means they will make this train daily and lhbfy all rakes already the train is in waiting list
