Though RU wadi and Gudur Ballashah are fit for 130kmph trains they are not given operational clearance and effected the same in TT yet. May be test for a year for some LHB trains and when major trains are converted to LHB in that section they will be total upgrade in speeds and cut in running time. They have done the same in Vasai Road Vadodara and other section in NR for all LHB trains now in this TT. For now they have given 60kmph avg in RU wadi. Agree with you low speed in SWR below50kmph should have upgraded
