New hope for bettter connectivity between south and north bengal. DRM Sealdah today inspect the unfinished Krishnanagar Nabadwip Ghat gauge conversion project. This is still alive in RVNL site. So we can hope a better connectivity in future

Already Dbrt exp has been cancelled in the AK route,
Wait another train puri-kyq via nabadwip also is going to be cancelled. May be Garibrath will run as triweekly as humsafar express and serve as Alternative of DM or Padatik.

Already one project between jiaganj and Azimganj has been stopped due to land acquisition problem. If this will be available then two parallel connection will be established .
Ranaghat Gede route & Lalgola Line has 74 kms common corridor.

Completly agree with you but after 10 PM frequency of this busy route will be much more less
This is just an eye-wash before poll. Nothing going to be happen either in Nabadwip Ghat or in Nashipur in coming couple of months.
