Have they produced more WAGC3 after this or was it just an experiment for a single loco?
No, only one WAG-10 is commissioned and most probably it'll be the lone experimental prototype to remain in service.
WAG-11 is another experimental project (salvaged from old WDG-4) by BLW, and till now its 3 units are produced. I don't think IR will make more than 10 units, since we have much better WAG-12 in service and even MUed WAG-9 twins can do the same job.

10002 WAGC3 alloted to BNDM so that means IR produced more these type locos in future 🙄
