03511 has been given the down slot of Subarnarekha. It's now clear 13301/02 will get a completely new slot. Even a proposal to divert it via RUI-ANR(Adra bypass) saving approx. 30 mins. was sent to railway board. Will be interesting to see the halts(if at all) between DHN-ADRA/ANR. Patherdih bypass is still absent, so it has to be a compulsory reversal.
