You cannot edit it online, its ok you can inform and show the original ID to TTE and hint about the mistake if insists about it...Don't worry they will allow you to travel.

Unless its a concession ticket where a gender difference may have fare difference which you need to pay in extra like Senior Citizen Female to Senior Citizen Male...
