Which type of payment irCtc accepts?

I have debit card of bank of Baroda.
An also visa card of USA which me n my bro who is in USA shares.
If I use USA visa card I have to pay more or it's same as debit card??

Visa and Master are not the cards. Credit and debit are the cards. Visa and Master are the companies which provide their service to the card issuing banks. There are others also, as Amex, Diners club, etc.
I am not sure whether credit card issued outside India will be valid for booking. If yes, you may incur currency conversion charges. Debit card and credit card transaction charges are almost same.
