Wrong information. According to the tweet from Rail minister, only the ER portion in WB is 100% electrified and not full ER. But that tweet is also wrong. KWAE-PNDI(12km only) is still pending.

Yes. but not full route. Check the pics of 31-Jan-2021. Electrification work is on going on Ajay river bridge between KWAE-PNDI. They are building new pillars for pole installation as the existing pillars dont have space.
