There have been a series of reports in the media about resumption of full passenger train services from a given April date.
It is being reiterated again that no such date has been fixed for resumption of all passenger trains operations.

They will continue as specials. Holi is coming up so they would want to make maximum revenue due to rush. Last year because of covid trains were cancelled and Holi was more or less very low key. Similarly they may want to open up bookings keeping in mind summer holidays as well. June & July is little less rush so before that they might to slowly start
