This has been a regular practice by all zones.... You are takling about other zones.... Take Tirumala for e.g. after extending it to Kadapa..... they moved TPTY to RLWL from GNWL. quota... Quite annoying is that...they are not showing it as RLWL, only after you book ticket, they show whether RLWL or GNWL.... Railways might be getting lot of money....but people without this info will have to face lot of problems.... Earlier it used to show type of Quota and Waitlist in the status in IRCTC while booking...so people used to book it from a different station (GNWL).
