Why not at Kullem and Castle rock ? It needs banking service, every train gets slack on this section since its Ghats section . I live in SWR and I know this every train gets banker locos. Even Braganza have restriction for number of coaches.

Both NZM VSG trains run via Braganza Ghats and both get bankers.
