Do railway zones have regional jurisdiction for running trains? If yes how is then CR running CSTM Delhi Rajdhani? Also we see WR running more trains to southern parts of TN but not northern parts of TN. Because of PM chennai got a couple of trains by WR otherwise this may have not happened.
No dear sir , permanent operations are requested by DRMs to PCOM who further sends it GM for approval and then finally Member Traffic/ Railway Board clears it.
