Sir, an option given to you by our fellow member is to take the triweekly Yesvantpur - Karwar Express/16515 and get down at Kundapura, stay at Kundapura overnight, and take the road to Kollur the next day morning. It reaches Kundapura @ 1952 hours. If you still want to get down at Udupi, yes you can always @ 1918 hours, a station before Kundapura. Hope this helps clarify your doubts.
