They should have skipped ED and used Salem-Karur-DG route or via MS-VM-TPJ since already other train serve this route except Karur.
ED will also need rake reversal.

There will be reduction of any one set of train in ROK-SVDK coz of this Slip getting full fledged service. Maybe Andaman from Tri to Bi weekly!!
One day reduction will act as compensation to adhere Slip route!! Commercial Viability pushed Slip to attach/detach @ ED (instead of SA) via TPJ which still holds true!!
Its slot exist via ED/SA not VM & slot realignment may create clash with Andaman/Gomti-Sagar!! It will be interesting to see if Weekly Himsagar/Navyug/TEN will run or any two including TEN (Its better to divert via MAS if only two of the three is possible via ED/SA )!!
