Another reason is Dhauli exp. as both the train run in combined Dhauli having 14 bogies and rupashi with 8bogies Dhauli simply cant cope with huge flux of passengers with only 14 bogies. after they are separated now Dhauli with 22 bogies can bear the pressure of passengers and with far far greater patronization than rupashi, Dhauli obviously able to keep the morning Hwh slot and rupashi start to originate from SRC.

Now Dhauli exp slot changed. Departure time at HWH changed, but still Rupasi bangla exp not starting from HWH. Any reason?
Is any other train going to get Dhauli slot in morning?

Present timings of Dhauli exp is very good. 9.15 am HWH departure is the best and convenient timings for all passengers. Early morning 6 am HWH departure was not suitable for passengers specially in cold winter seasons and for passengers comming from outside Kolkata area, although that timings was also Okay one but the present timings is very good.
Maybe some other train will get that Dhauli exp old timing. Let's see.

Todays Dhauli is not like that very intercity train which was introduced for direct connectivity from kolkata in morning to Balasore, Bhadrak office time and return time also was suitable for that. But now they totally ignore that purpose.
Its just like for example changing departure time of Brindavan exp (07.15) or Kovai express (06.00) to 11.00 or 12.00 hours.

If they want

to have an odisha bound train then they must introduce a newer one.

Its just like robbing Paul to pay Peter.
