Your access to the pic storage server seems to be blocked by your ISP. Reason not known. Something like that seems to be going on. If you upload a pic and it is not successful, then the blog also won't be posted to IRI.

Meanwhile, blog posts on FmT WITHOUT pics will be posted to IRI as well.
