In kovvur all the express train halts are removed except Gowthami express ( Circar, Simhadri, Tirumala, Rayagada, Renigunta, Bokaro, Puri/Bilaspur )
Yes they should have retained Circar Simhadri and Renigunta exp.
I've seen very few people boarding Circar at Kovvur. Most of them are just people who hop on to get a ride to RJY.
But even RJY commuters don't prefer it as it has a long crawl from KVR to RJY and then they still have to get an auto or a bus to go their final destination. And if it gets held up at KVR for an overtake, then it's the end.
