Agar operational mode par hai toh 3 pf ka update thik hai agar nahi toh 2 update kar dena hai.!
See, I have never seen a passenger train on pf 3.
And I myself updated as 3 platforms after discussing in Monitor forum and it was said that "if it is completely ready, it can be used for pax train in case of any emergency"
