Mostly CRS has already approved during Dharwad - Unkal Doubling. SWR did show them work that time & as speed will be slow due to turnouts etc, Speed trials wasn't necessary.

Hubballi - Unkal also CRS didn't done, but it is shown as Double line here.

SWR PR - They have mentioned 6 Main lines entering into Yard - 2 from Gadag, 2 from Bangalore & 2 from Londa.

They have also mentioned Doubling connectivity towards Hubballi south along with Kusugal & Unkal side.

Run through Up & Down Main line from Londa end to Bengaluru end & vice versa with Full speed due to elimination of 15kmph Speed Restriction on ML.

Also I saw one Hubballi Rail users page mentioning UBL - SUBL is doubled.

I did some prolonged discussions with local RFs regarding this topic and found that your point is correct

So I have updated Hubballi Junction - Hubballi South as "Construction - Double-Line Electrification"
