Everyone knows if a train is running late, ONLY RailFans know WHY it is late

Demand at Nellore is very for MAS trains, especially early morning. So they may like a dedicated train from NLR. Now, No BTTR pass, so this train is the only train for them also. That's why I am asking if it can be converted into a conventional express from MEMU express, with more coaches.
