Everyone knows if a train is running late, ONLY RailFans know WHY it is late

i heartly congratulate mr.t.r.baalu m.p. for his commanding position in railway board.but one kind request for him if he does this kind of proposals to entire delta towns then it is very useful for entire delta people also.i can guess now within a year a train to new delhi also be introduced if he demands.i welcome his work but only fulfills 25% only.he has power to get any thing.t.r.baalu sir,kindly consider this request for introduction of new trains in main line.
