No matter it's Saturday or Sunday as far as Hyd is concerned. It leaves early evening at 1530 and arrives too early at 330 taking 12hrs. This rain mainly acts as intercity for Pune Latur section then to Hyd. Change in terminal may effect occupancy unless demand to Latur is more.They will prefer NED exp.The Hadapsar station is in interior region and not on busy transport corridor for public to come and board. It is inside Magarpatta city. Trains to Bihar UP and North will have good takers as many IT professionals and daily wage workers live in the vincity.
From Hadapsar Stn to Pune by road, how is the connectivity ? Has any terminus work started so far ?
Also given that MH is having increase in Covid numbers not sure if there are too many travellers on trains these days.

I don't have much idea on the road condition but the station lies off the Kharadi road connectinng Nagar with Hyderabad Highway. The station is 1km away off from main road.
